HRMAC Leadership Series 2017

Description

Kensington is proud to once be sponsoring the HRMAC Leadership Series.  The 2017 Leadership Series features three programs designed to give you insights into key HR strategies from the perspective of the CEO. You will hear from successful companies, large and small, representing various industries about the competencies needed to build the right leadership team for success – whether local, regional, or global.  Programs will focus on driving organizational performance, how to engage strong performers to advance to the next level and how to support organizational evolution and drive change.

Each program features a lively panel discussion moderated by Phil Ponce, host of Chicago Tonight on WTTW. Plus, pre- and post-session networking provides opportunities to share experiences and best practices with other HR leaders.

June 7, 2017: Culture and Leading Change: Transforming the Organization

We’ve all heard the expression ‘culture eats strategy for lunch’ – culture can often be one of the greatest enablers of organizational change, with success relying on employees’ ability to act and behave differently to support the strategy. This panel discussion will focus on the critical role culture plays bringing an organization’s vision and strategy to life. Attendees will hear from business leaders who have proactively addressed culture to support organizational evolution and drive change.
