David is a Senior Leadership Consultant at Kensington where he advises private equity investors and C-suite leaders on their most pressing human capital issues. He focuses on the areas of management assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness and talent acquisition.
David has over 15 years of talent management experience working with investors and corporate clients. Prior to joining Kensington, David was a Partner at Kindred Partners, a leading executive search firm entirely focused on placing executives in high-growth technology companies. He worked at Intel for over five years in business development and product marketing. Additional experience includes working as an equity research analyst in the Communications Software sector with Thomas Weisel Partners. David also worked with Heidrick & Struggles – executing technology-related searches for venture capital, private equity and public companies.
David holds a BA in History from Rollins College and an MBA from Pepperdine University, The Graziadio School of Business. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
