Paul Schneider brings over 25 years of human resources professional experience in a variety of industries, from the plant level to corporate headquarters. Paul plays a critical role for the firm as a trusted advisor to countless human resource leaders and as a Partner plays a critical role in the firms sales and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Kensington, Paul was a Partner at Strategic Talent Solutions; President and CEO of Grant Alexander, an executive search firm based in Chicago; he was also the founder of Scherer Schneider Paulick LLC (SSP), one of the leading career transition and coaching firms in the Midwest. Prior to his involvement in the talent management solutions businesses; Paul worked for industry leaders such as Reynolds Metals Company, International Harvester, USG Corporation and Griffith Laboratories and was formerly the Vice President of Human Resources for Griffith Laboratories and held the senior level human resources position for U.S. Gypsum Company.

Paul formerly served on the Board of Directors and was a Secretary for Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC); was a Board Member and Secretary for the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters (IACPR) and on the Board of Advisors for Loyola University. Also, he was on the Board of Directors for Outplacement International Partners, the world’s largest career consulting partnership. Paul is a former trustee for Adler University in Chicago and is currently on the Board of Directors for Dominican University’s Brennan Graduate School of Business.

In October 2007, Paul was recognized by Loyola University’s Institute of Human Resources and Employment Relations School of Business Administration for his “Outstanding Professional Achievements and Service to the Field”. In November 2002, Paul was honored by the Human Resources Association of Chicago as “Colleague of Distinction”. This award recognized Paul as an individual who has been an active human resources practitioner and advanced the HR profession.

Paul holds an M.S.I.R. in Human Resources from Loyola University of Chicago – Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Political Science from Benedictine College.
