Tim Bealert serves as a Principal. His role focuses on business development, client management and execution of key searches.
Prior to working at Kensington, Tim worked at a top 5 National Executive Search firm in Chicago as a generalist helping to manage and execute the CEO and founder’s book of business. Tim also was a lead Principal at the middle management arm of this leading Executive Search firm. Tim has vast experience in search assignments, identifying the best and the brightest candidates in their chosen industries.
Tim has significant experience working on a variety of one-off search assignments across various functions and industries. In addition, Tim has managed large volume enterprise recruiting projects where he worked on-site with two major Fortune 500 companies. Tim partnered directly with senior leadership and functional heads to establish and implement a recruitment process while also managing the full recruitment life cycle. For one of the major assignments, Tim was responsible for building an entirely new Accounting, Finance and Tax function at the corporate level, as the company relocated its headquarters. Before joining the middle management search firm, Tim worked as a recruiter for a national boutique Executive Search firm focused on the healthcare industry. Tim graduated from Loyola University-Chicago with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
