Linda is a Partner, Talent Management Services with Kensington.
Linda became an Equity Partner of Kensington in January 2013. In her current role, Linda leads the overall strategic direction of the firm and also manages the Marketing and Business Development teams. Together they develop and manage client account relationships, by providing their clients with strategic solutions in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, executive coaching, team development and career transition.
She joined Kensington in 1997, bringing more than 15 years of organizational development, talent management, strategic HR and organizational consulting, business development and coaching experience. She is also a key member of the leadership team that is driving the Firm’s integrated go-to-market strategy and solutions offerings.
Linda has a Masters degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelors degree in Business Management. Prior to joining Kensington, Linda built and managed an in-house learning and development function at Galileo International.
