His sharp business acumen and partnering approach create trusting client relationships.
Bill brings more than 30 years of experience in Executive Team Building, Leadership Development, Selection and Assessment, and Career Transition to his role. He has conducted executive team building courses worldwide with clients such as Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Cathay Pacific, Gore-Tex, HSBC, and INSEAD.
Bill is also certified in a variety of programs and assessments including Counselor Selling, The Versatile Salesperson, Targeted Selection, Interaction Management, MBTI, Leadership Effective Analysis, and the Individual Directions Inventory.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and a Master’s in Education from the University of Minnesota. He is a Naperville native, is married with two adult children, and is a nationally-ranked triathlete
